Chanell S. Sands
Lead Event Strategist
That early experience grew into a lifelong career in events. Chanell has worked across industries on community events, fundraisers, galas, corporate experiences, and more. Chanell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Business and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She combines decades of hands-on experience with business and leadership expertise to help clients turn events into strategic opportunities for visibility, revenue, connection, and growth.
Chanell S. Sands is an event strategist and founder of CSS Industry, where she helps event hosts, nonprofits, businesses, and creatives generate revenue and gain visibility through strategic events.
Originally from South Florida, Chanell has been building her experience in events since the age of six. Through her school’s performing arts program, she worked both onstage and behind the scenes while studying art, developing an early understanding of creativity, production, and what it takes to bring an experience to life.
