All Sales Are Final
Once payment has been submitted and services have been purchased, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
Due to the immediate allocation of time, planning, creative direction, communication, and project preparation, CSS Industry does not offer refunds for completed, partially completed, active, or unused services.
By purchasing services from CSS Industry, the client acknowledges and agrees that work may begin immediately upon payment or project onboarding.
Immediate Resource Allocation
Upon engagement, CSS Industry begins dedicating resources to the client project, including but not limited to:
Creative planning
Strategy development

Because work begins immediately and projects are customized for each client, refunds are not feasible.
Promotional Pricing & Discounted Services
Services, templates, products, or packages purchased during promotional sales, discounted pricing, bundle offers, or special campaigns are non-refundable.
These discounted rates are offered as limited-time opportunities and are excluded from refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Client Satisfaction Commitment
While CSS Industry maintains a strict no-refund policy, we are committed to delivering professional and quality service.
If concerns arise regarding a project, clients are encouraged to contact our team directly so we may review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution when possible.
Our goal is to ensure professionalism, communication, and a positive client experience throughout the process.
Partial Refund Consideration
In limited circumstances, CSS Industry may consider a partial refund if:
A project has not substantially progressed;
The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period; or
The client is unable to proceed due to business readiness issues.
If approved, any partial refund determination will be made solely at the discretion of CSS Industry and may account for work already completed, time invested, consultations provided, planning, research, communication, and administrative costs.
Service Hold & Cancellation Policy
Project Holds
If a client requests to place a project or service on hold, or becomes non-responsive during the project process, CSS Industry requires written confirmation to resume services within five (5) business days unless otherwise agreed upon.
If confirmation is not received within that timeframe, the project may be considered inactive and subject to cancellation.
No refunds will be issued for cancelled or inactive projects.
Clients seeking to resume services after cancellation may be required to pay a reinstatement fee or re-enroll at current pricing.
Why Timelines Matter

Revision Policy
Included Revisions
Clients are provided an initial review period for feedback and revisions.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, projects include one round of revisions during the designated revision window.
The revision period begins once the deliverable is sent to the client for review.
Revision Window
Clients must submit revision requests within two (2) business days of receiving the draft or completed deliverable.
If no revisions or approvals are submitted within the allotted timeframe, the project may be considered approved and finalized.
Additional Revisions
Additional revisions requested after the designated revision period may require an additional revision fee.
Major redesigns, scope changes, additional concepts, or content rewrites beyond the original agreement are not considered standard revisions and may require a new invoice or updated project scope.
Minor corrections involving spelling, formatting, or technical errors may be corrected without additional fees at CSS Industry’s discretion.
