Success in the City 2025 Empowers Women Through Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Community Connection
ORLANDO , FL — On May 8, 2025, Success in the City successfully brought together aspiring entrepreneurs, professionals, students, and community leaders for an evening dedicated to leadership, personal growth, and authentic connection. Hosted by Chanell S. Sands and Dominique Beeks, the event created an empowering environment where attendees were encouraged to embrace growth both personally and professionally.
The event was led by EMCEE Koco Gunn, also known as “The Voice Architect,” whose dynamic presence and engaging energy helped guide the evening’s conversations and experiences.
One of the highlights of the evening was an inspiring panel discussion featuring accomplished women leaders from various industries, including:
Asianna Mashore, CEO & Founder of Dreams Demands Hustle

Panelists shared transparent conversations surrounding entrepreneurship, leadership, confidence, resilience, and the realities of navigating growth in today’s professional landscape. Their stories encouraged attendees to pursue purpose-driven success while remaining authentic to themselves.
The event also featured a special conversation from Mommy Mentor Mindset Coach Daisy Fuentes on “Leadership in Motherhood,” where attendees were reminded of the importance of balancing purpose, family, and personal development.
“Success in the City was created to provide a space where individuals can feel seen, inspired, and equipped to grow into the best version of themselves,” said host Chanell S. The success of the event was made possible through the support of community sponsors and partners committed to creating opportunities for leadership and development. Sponsors included:
